ITU Telecom World 2013 will be held in Bangkok, Thailand, from 18 - 21 November 2013. The overall theme of the event is: Embracing Change in the Digital World. The event will bring together ITU Telecom's unique mix of leading ICT figures from the public and private sector around the world, from government, regulatory authorities, operators, manufacturers and service providers, plus international organizations, academia and global media.
